PRICING POLICY<\/strong>
All prices are shown in EURO on the English version of Mette Lindberg\u2019s website.<\/p>

All prices include Danish artist-VAT of 5% on orders to Europe.<\/p>

These prices do not include delivery charges. Please contact Mette, if you want more info about the shipping expenses to your country. Orders may be subjected to local taxes and\/or import duties at your own expense.<\/p>\n

PAYMENT<\/strong>
We accept payment by card or bank transfer. Paypal is also in option. Please contact Mette, if you want to use paypal.
Normally you will be charged right before your order has been shipped.<\/p>\n

ORDER CONFIRMATION<\/strong>
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after you have placed your order.  Mette lindberg will let you know if the item is out of stock and the shipping therefore will be delayed.<\/p>\n

SHIPPING AND HANDLING<\/strong>
Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days from the time you place your order.<\/p>\n

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL<\/strong>
REGARDLESS OF VOLUME A 27 \u20ac FEE IS ADDED TO COVER the shipping expenses. For large paintings the shipping expenses might be more than that. Mette Lindberg will let you know if that is the case.<\/p>\n

International orders will be delivered within 1-20 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation. The shipping time will depend on your location.<\/p>\n

Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays.<\/p>\n

Mette Lindberg can not be held liable for any delays with the shipping company or local customs.<\/p>\n

RETURN & EXCHANGE<\/strong>
Mette Lindberg accepts returns and offers you 14 days of return from the date on your receipt. Please contact Mette if you would like to make a return.<\/p>

Items must be returned in same condition as when received. The return shipping cost will be payed by the costumer.<\/p>

Once we have received the item and accepted the return, we will transfer the amount to your account.<\/p>

We will refund your amount to your credit card.<\/p>

GUARANTEE<\/strong>
All art (paintings and posters) are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an item.<\/p>

This does not include defects caused by improper use.<\/p>
