The colors and media find their own paths, while I provide the direction. It is out of my hands and in my hands at the very same time. At some point in the process\u2014a constant balance between serendipity and control\u2014the painting finds its character. To me, it is a small, inexplicable miracle every time.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,2\">My works are much like us human beings; they consist of countless layers. Some layers are transparent and easy to see through, while others are more solid and opaque. These different layers shape a person\u2019s personality, just as they define the character of a painting.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>My art is like you and me \u2013 multilayered and always in process. I am inspired by what is, right here in the moment. Some call me bold, free-spirited, and colorful. My art is exactly the same&#8230;<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>I am currently independent and not affiliated with a gallery.
